Adelman-Larsen, the inventor of inflated membranes sound absorption technology has authored the first book on recommended acoustics for amplified music: “Rock and Pop Venues – Acoustic and Architectural Design“. Published on the well regarded Springer Verlag, it also portrays 75 European venues that present amplified music by photos, architectural drawings, acoustical measurements etc. From small clubs in Barcelona to the O2 in London investigations covered 10 countries. “I always was a fan of Leo Beraneks book on concert halls and the other similar books. It’s a privilege that Springer even asked me” says Niels.
